Banana often is the fruit in my kitchen that turns brown before I remember to eat it, which means I am always looking for new ways to use bananas. This recipe has given me new inspiration on how to use them!
If the bananas in my kitchen turn brown I either slice and freeze them for future smoothies, or I bake them into something new. This banana split bread can use brown or just perfectly ripe bananas, whatever you have on hand should work!
