Its that time again!

Switch it up for Spring!
Spring is a great time to switch up your go-to meals with new ones to match the season and spring is the start of salad season! Making a salad can be as simple or as complicated as you’d like it to be, and Captain Create has a few simple tips to make it easy to Create a Salad!
To make a Strawberry Spinach Salad, you simply layer all the ingredients together, toss in your favorite vinaigrette (Harvest of the Season recommends Balsamic Vinaigrette) and enjoy!

What is in a Strawberry Spinach Salad?
Mixed greens, spinach, roasted chicken, sliced strawberries, crunch sunflower seeds, fresh mushrooms, and cheese! Yum!
What else can you put in a salad?
Its up to you to Create a Salad that you will enjoy. Kids love to make their own food, so consider setting out options and letting them decide what goes in their dish. They will learn to try new things, create new combinations, and eat a whole bunch of good food too!
