Broccoli soup is one of the top comfort foods of the winter, and its pretty easy to make too! Use the whole broccoli (stems and all), and leave the skins on the potatoes to boost the vitamin content of your soup, and you can use diced ham, bacon, or even chicken to add a bit of protein.
