Tip of the Week: Try Something New!

Here’s a challenge! When you’re at the store, grab a vegetable you have never tried!

How about parsnips ? Did you know you can add them to roasted veggies, or slice into “french fries” and bake? It has a lots of vitamins and mild flavor, like sweet carrots!Give parsnips, or another vegetable a try this week and let me know if you find a new favorite!

No matter which veggies you choose, they are probably good roasted! Try it out and let us know what new veggies are your favorite!
