Need a quick snack to get you through the afternoon? Skip the candy bar for a yummy protein and whole grain filled fruit snack!
There is no need for a recipe, just grab a spoonful of your favorite peanut butter (any nut butter will do!) and swipe it across a whole grain tortilla. Roll up a banana and slice it for a yummy snack.






You can add anything else you’d like to this type of quick snack, like other fruit, sprinkles, or even a piece of bacon for an Elvis style roll-up. His favorite sandwich was peanut butter, banana, and bacon on toast. Don’t know who Elvis is? Call your Grandma and ask her!
