Did you know that exercise can make you feel happier? Scientists have found that kids who are more active tend to have better moods and are more confident. When we are physically active, our bodies produce a hormone, called serotonin, which makes us feel happy! This is just one of the reasons it is important to move your body every day!

Captain Create loves to be active. Here are 5 of his favorite exercises to do during the wintertime.

Been sitting on the couch too long? Get up and do 15 jumping jacks to get your blood pumping and your body moving. Be careful not to hit the ceiling!
3. Supermans! Have you ever wanted to be a superhero? Now you can! Watch the video to learn how.
4. Crab Walks! These funny looking exercises help strengthen almost every part of your body! Challenge your sibling to a race across the living room.
5. High knees! This exercise is fun and simple. Start by running in place. Next, bring your knees up to your waist with each step. Do this for 15 seconds, take a break, and go again!
