To make a pear and cheese quesadilla you’ll need: pear slices, sliced cheese (I used muenster but you can use any cheese you like), whole wheat tortilla, and a little olive oil.
Next, assemble the ingredients on half the tortilla. One layer of cheese + pear slices + cheese.
Drizzle a little olive oil onto a pan at medium heat, before placing the quesadilla. Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side.
After your quesadilla is done cooking, eat it right away! Enjoy a sweet and savory lunch!
