Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts

Don’t let the adults do all the cooking this Thanksgiving! Use your excellent cooking skills to bring something delicious to the table. Below is a tasty recipe that will leave all your family and friends saying “I didn’t know vegetables could taste this good!”. 

For this recipe you’ll need brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, garlic, olive oil, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and apple cider vinegar. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together.

Place the veggie mixture on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 20-22 minutes. Half-way through cooking, toss the veggies.

This recipe is ready for eating as soon as it comes out of the oven! Enjoy!
