Scrumptious Strawberry Sorbet

As promised, we have a delicious recipe that will be a fun dessert for one of your family meals this week! Everyone will be amazed by your culinary skills after trying this!

The great thing about this recipe is that there are only 4 ingredients: frozen strawberries, sugar, buttermilk, and lemon juice!

First add the strawberries and sugar to a food processor or blender and pulse until finely chopped

Second, mix the buttermilk and lemon juice together

Add the buttermilk to the strawberries. Blend until smooth and creamy (you can add more buttermilk if it isn’t creamy enough.

Store in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours and then serve. If there are any leftovers, simply put back in the freezer. Bon Appetite!

Quick Tip: You can substitute the frozen strawberries for any of your favorite frozen fruits.

    • Yes you can! 🙂 Check out the buttermilk ingredient highlight post for more details on buttermilk, but for this recipe you will just need to add lemon juice to the milk and let it set for ten minutes before adding it to the strawberries.
